My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, with their slightly old-fashioned feel and Biedermeier reproduction furniture, were nice and clean. The large bathroom equipped with towel warming racks was a nice touch, although it was filled with hundreds of small fruit flies/gnats which was a bit bothersome. The service was very nice and helpful, with the staff being welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist. The location was fantastic, just a 5-minute walk from Dresden Neustadt station and within easy reach of all the city's attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory although a bit short on choice, the quality of food available was excellent.
